'Andy' deals with issues regarding emotional and psychological abuse in relationships.

This is a really scary and hard thing for me (Kim) to be so vulnerable about, but I hope that my experience helps someone else out there feel less alone if they are going through something similar. Emotional abuse can do just as much damage as physical abuse. Don’t let it get so far that you don’t recognise yourself anymore.
